Our corporate policies and practices are designed to ensure that these values are continuously upheld at all levels of our company.
During 2004 and 2005, our Board of Directors updated and affirmed our corporate governance structure to codify several of these policies and practices and to meet new and recently revised requirements of federal and state law and the rules of the New York Stock Exchange. This process included updating our Corporate Governance Guidelines, Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and Board committee charters.
