The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics was amended on February 11, 2011. The amendments clarified and/or expanded provisions relating to confidentiality, protection of corporate assets, accountability for adherence to the Code, procedures for internal reporting of suspected violations, and the anonymity of such reports. The amendments also incorporated certain technical and administrative enhancements to the Code.
